CARDIO TENNIS Come and train in a class designed to blast your conditioning, amp your energy, and increase your strength.
Cardio tennis is for anyone who wants more than just the same tennis drills.
Combined with instructor fed drills and live action play, we add cross-fit style training, conditioning and lots of fun.
In addition to hitting lots of balls, be prepared to test and improve your speed, strength and stamina.
The class is offered at two levels for all abilities:
Adult Intermediate is perfect for Beginning and Intermediate players (2.5-3.5)
Adult Advanced is for players looking for an even greater challenge (3.5 and up)
Please note - this is not an instructional class, it is a workout class - very little instruction will be given.
