Up-tempo versions of your favorite games and drills set to pulse-pounding tunes. Tennis-specific workouts designed to develop the long-range stamina and short-term mental toughness needed to gut out a third-set win.  

The heart-pumping pace delivers the ultimate full-body and calorie-burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.
Cardio Tennis is a very social activity for all ages, ability and fitness levels. The drill uses juniors' orange balls to even the playing field and enhance the workout.

Wednesdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm Adult Intermediate (2.5-3.5)
Saturdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm Adult Advanced (3.5 and up)
